These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Apex Reliable CleaningPty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") website and commercial cleaning services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

Apex Reliable Cleaning provides commercial cleaning services specialising in gym and fitness facility hygiene across the Sydney metropolitan area. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Daily gym cleaning and maintenance
  • Disinfection and sanitisation
  • Changeroom and bathroom hygiene
  • Sauna and steam room sanitation
  • Deep cleaning and facility resets
  • Hygiene audits and reporting
  • Window cleaning

The specific scope of work for each client is defined in the service agreement provided after the initial facility assessment.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided following a free on-site facility assessment. Quotes are:

  • Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Based on the facility conditions observed during the assessment
  • Inclusive of all cleaning supplies, equipment, and labour unless otherwise stated
  • Subject to change if the scope of work changes materially

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Cleaning schedules are agreed upon during onboarding and documented in the service agreement. We make every effort to maintain the agreed schedule but may need to adjust timing due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, extreme weather, or access issues. We will notify you of any schedule changes as early as possible.

4. Cancellation Policy

We believe in earning your business through results, not lock-in contracts.

  • Ongoing services: Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice.
  • Individual bookings: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Deep cleans / one-off jobs: A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

5. Access and Safety

To perform our services, you agree to provide:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the facility at agreed times
  • Keys, access codes, or other means of entry as required
  • A safe working environment, including notification of any hazards

Our staff are covered by appropriate insurance. We maintain public liability insurance and workers compensation insurance in accordance with NSW requirements.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in the performance of our services. However:

  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including worn surfaces, faulty equipment, or structural issues
  • Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the services provided in the relevant billing period
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of data

If you believe our work has caused damage, please notify us within 48 hours so we can inspect and resolve the matter promptly.

7. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to rectify the issue at no additional cost.

8. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with our business. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or spam content through our contact forms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
  • Use our website content, images, or branding without written permission

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
